COVID-19 RESPONSE
The emergence of COVID-19 (coronavirus) in the State of Maryland has understandably led to questions about how all businesses should prepare and respond. Reliable Medical Services would like you to know that we are monitoring the situation regularly and will follow official guidance from the CDC and other government agencies during this unprecedented situation. We also want to assure you that the safety of all our employees, clients, customers, vendors, etc. – is our main priority.
OUR TEAM
While our business has remained open due to its essential role in the health care community, we are taking precautionary measures to minimize the risks to the health and safety of our employees and clients. All employees that are able to perform their duties from home are already doing so. We are using a no-contact cubby system to move inventory between our Office staff and the client or customer in order to limit contact between staff and clients or customers. Office WALK-INs are no longer accepted until further notice.
It is our mission to ensure that we maintain the level of support our clients and customers have come to expect from us. Our field employees are wearing protective equipment and following all recommended guidelines when entering a client’s home or health care facilities in order to protect themselves and others.
OUR FACILITY
We are working with our cleaning company and employees to increase the frequency and intensity of their sanitation of our offices. We have asked that they focus additional efforts to disinfect the higher traffic areas and touch points.
As we provide additional hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and other anti-microbial products throughout our office, we encourage basic hygiene practices such as frequent hand washing and coughing/sneezing etiquette. All employees are urged to use their best judgement when it comes to their health, and to follow the advice of their healthcare practitioners should they become ill.
